Dear Valued ONE Customers,

In addition to the temporary Ningbo omission announced on Customer Advisory: Pacific North 3 (PN3) Service Update, issued on September 24, 2026, please be informed of the following temporary change in Shanghai terminal and service rotation for schedule recovery. 

 

Shanghai Terminal Change 

Current Terminal: SIPG YANGSHAN PHASE IV 

New Terminal: WAI GAO QIAO TERMINAL PHASE 2 

 

Service Rotation Change 

Original Rotation : Qingdao - Ningbo (Omitted) - Shanghai - Pusan - Vancouver - Tacoma - Tokyo - Kobe - Qingdao

 Revised Rotation : Shanghai - Ningbo (Omitted) - Qingdao - Pusan - Vancouver - Tacoma - Tokyo - Kobe - Qingdao
