Temporary Shanghai Port Omission
Dear Valued Customers,
This is to provide an update regarding Customer Advisory: Service Update - EC2/EC4 Temporary Shanghai Port Omission, issued on August 28, 2026. Please be informed that the temporary Shanghai omission will be extended on East Coast 2 (EC2) and East Coast 4 (EC4) as part of our ongoing schedule recovery measures on the following sailings. Details are provided below.

Contingency Plan:
- Shanghai outbound cargo will be transshipped via Pusan to connect onto EC2 and EC4 services to North America.
