Dear Valued Customer,

Ocean Network Express (ONE) would like to inform you that we have been notified of a fire 
incident onboard the vessel ESPIRITO SANTO EXPRESS, deployed on the SX1 service,
while en route from Singapore to Santos.

The head owner has confirmed that all crew members are safe and that all necessary 
measures are being taken to bring the situation under control. At present, the extent of the 
incident and any potential impact on vessel operations and cargo onboard are still being 
assessed by the relevant authorities and specialized teams.

ONE is closely monitoring developments and will keep all customers updated as soon as
new official information becomes available.
