Update of Inland Fuel Surcharge (IFP)

Please be advised that, following the ongoing fuel price adjustments published by the Kenya Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA), ONE hereby notifies our valued customers of the applicable Inland Fuel Surcharge (IFP) that will apply to inland services for cargo loading in Kenya or unloading in Kenya by rail as follows:

Applicable Charge:
Emergency Inland Fuel Premium (IFP) 12% of the base rate

Effective Dates:
 Non-FMC Regulated Trades: 18 Nov 2026
FMC Regulated Trades(*), Canada: 4 Dec 2026
(*)United States, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, Hawaii

Surcharges that differ from ONE’s published tariff may only be applied where they are formally agreed under a service contract or duly filed with the relevant regulatory authority. Otherwise, charges will be applied in accordance with ONE’s published tariff.
