SX1 Service: #2 UPDATE INCIDENT NOTIFICATION - VESSEL ESPIRITO SANTO EXPRESS

Following our previous notification regarding the vessel ESPIRITO SANTO EXPRESS, deployed on the SX1 service, we would like to share the latest updates.

According to Seaspan, measures have been successfully initiated to stabilize the vessel. An investigation into the cause of the fire is being conducted in full cooperation with the relevant authorities. At this stage, it remains premature to speculate on the cause of the incident.

All relevant authorities were notified immediately. However, the full extent of the incident and potential impact on cargo and vessel operations are still being evaluated. At this moment:

• Cargo & Contingency: We do not have confirmed details regarding affected containers, cargo damage, or a contingency plan.
• Schedule: There is currently no updated ETA for the vessel.
