Change of Destination (COD) Request
Service Scope:
This form is exclusively for Import and Export shipments to/from Europe and Africa.
Submission Deadlines
To ensure your request is processed, written notice must be received at least 72 business hours before the vessel arrives at the earliest of these locations:
• The destination interchange port
• The port of discharge listed on the Bill of Lading
• Any port to which the vessel has been diverted
Process & Costs
Priority Handling:
Requests are treated as top priority and sent overseas the same day for approval. Requests made on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Approvals:
If additional charges apply, ONE will contact you for authorization before finalizing the COD.

Note: While we make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, please keep in mind that changes of destination requests are subject to operational feasibility and cannot be guaranteed.

Dangerous Goods (DG) Shipments
For all bookings containing Dangerous Cargo (per IMDG Code), the following documentation is mandatory:
1. Preliminary Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD):
Provide a draft containing all DG details immediately upon booking. Approval is subject to the Vessel Operator. Please note that any subsequent changes will require a new review and approval.
2. Final DG Declaration:
Must comply with IMDG Code Chapter 5.4.1. To avoid loading delays, the document must include:
- The Consignor’s signature and date.
- The Packer’s signature.
- The specific Container and Seal numbers.
Note: Containers will not be loaded without a valid Final DGD.
DG Deadline: The Final DGD must be submitted at least two working days prior to vessel arrival, no later than 12:00 PM (subject to vessel schedule changes).
Shipper’s Owned Containers (SOC)
If you are using your own equipment, the following requirements apply:
- Required Docs: You must provide the CSC Declaration and/or Tank Certificate.
- SOC Deadline: Documentation must be submitted at least two working days prior to vessel arrival, no later than 09:00 AM (subject to vessel schedule changes).
