Change of Destination (COD) Request

Service Scope:
This form is exclusively for Import and Export shipments to/from Europe and Africa.

Submission Deadlines

To ensure your request is processed, written notice must be received at least 72 business hours before the vessel arrives at the earliest of these locations:
• The destination interchange port
• The port of discharge listed on the Bill of Lading
• Any port to which the vessel has been diverted

Process & Costs

Priority Handling:
Requests are treated as top priority and sent overseas the same day for approval. Requests made on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Approvals:
If additional charges apply, ONE will contact you for authorization before finalizing the COD.
