UPDATE #5 - MANAUS DRY SEASON 2026: DEDICATED PORTAL & RIVER LEVEL

September 11, 2026

ONE Customer,

To maintain full transparency and support your supply chain planning, ONE continues to monitor the hydrological situation in Northern Brazil. We are pleased to announce that our dedicated Manaus Dry Season webpage is officially live on the new ONE website.

How to Access the Portal

Key Features Available on the Page

  • Automatic Updates (New Feature): Register your email to receive instant alerts whenever the contingency plan is updated. You can sign up by clicking the button inside the Contingency Plan or directly through the Google Form link.

  • Contingency Plan: Just like in 2024, this hub will serve as your direct channel to view our operational strategy. Please note that the Contingency Plan is not yet active, as the mega-operation has not commenced.

  • Cargo Tracking (BL / Container): The dedicated tracker for the mega-operation is already integrated into the page and will start updating data as soon as operations begin.

Hydrological Status Update:

The Negro River in Manaus is currently receding at an average rate of 16 cm per day, with water levels remaining within the normal range for this period, currently registered at 22.51 meters. (Source: Porto de Manaus)
